Minimum Order: The minimum for each order is $250.
If you wish to apply for an open credit account, the opening minimum is $750.

Prices: All prices are subject to change in the future.

Shipping: All shipments are F.O.B. Danville, Virginia. We will ship the least expensive way unless you specify another carrier for your order.

Claims: We warrant our products to be free from manufacturer’s defects. Any damage or breakage claims must be filed with the carrier. Any claims against manufacturer’s defects must be filed within 30 days of the receipt. No deductions for claims are allowed without authorization.

Terms: Open account credit terms are available. Contact our main office for a credit application.

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. No convenience fees are charged to credit cards billed at the time of shipment. We request that customers with open “net term” invoices pay by check via mail.

Backorders: Most items on backorder will arrive within 60 days. We will contact you to arrange a date to send these items once they have arrived. If you do not wish to receive these goods, please have this noted on the order when it is placed.
